Warnes 223, Osvaldo Romberg.

A week ago I returned to the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires (Mamba), this time following a presentation by Augustine to Argentine artist based in the United States, Osvaldo Romberg. The sample consists of watercolors and installations in which the artist to experiment with overlapping compositions with planes and, frankly, I could not understand at all, given my inadequate knowledge of architecture. But as one never leaves an exhibition of art without taking anything home, I found another vein of this shows that I found very interesting.

'Book' on plane.

In two sections of the main hall, Romberg made on the lines of a map of your house, what he calls "Books". In fact, this is curtains of transparent plastic sheets provided by threads in which there are drawings and collages, the most interesting in my opinion, fragments of readings in English marked with words highlighted. These were not new phrases we had to do with the readings and that they had some very interesting thoughts on various subjects.

Some favorites:

- Civilizations have been evolving in the form of communities .- Sexual erotic love guides Spells of creation.

- Society is hierarchical, even within the Proletariat.

- Not always revolution is the guide to happiness.

- Independence created disillusionment.

- A great achievement is rendered small by modesty.

- Power to unify people foments peaceful sentiments of Belonging.

The sample is, more than anything for these installations, very useful and inspiring.

Syzygy, Osvaldo Romberg.

Syzygy, a composition in which the planes of a Jewish temple, another Muslim, Christian and Buddhist overlap to form a new space for meditation.

Osvaldo:
Through an Argentine friend, too, I know you talk in Tel Aviv, but for work purposes it is impossible for me to reach.
I would love us to contact you and you see my page.
I have so many projects that I would even make ...
I saw your last show on the Internet at the Queen's Plate.
Congratulations!
