(Photo: Model of new shoes Huija created for Pure Design.) From 8 to April 13 takes place at La Rural Pure Design 2008, the largest exhibition of design in the country in terms of size and involvement of designers.
The truth last year was quite disappointed by the event, but this year I must admit that much rebounded, with better organization of designers, a lot more quality in the stands participants design and special sections for 'green' and figures emerging.
If I have to put retailer, the 'green' seemed to me not so careful in what 'green' for designers, but anyway I think a good start. I know the history of Minimal footprint, Vacavaliente and Pneumatics, but I have doubts about the intentions of others (if it really is an ideological issue or just a grain to sell). Anyway maybe they are prejudiced. And put some pictures about it in coverage for TreeHugger.
The conclusion on the show, finally, is positive. It seems to me that there was an awakening with respect to the last issue, or perhaps it is aggiornarse face of new competition from Kontrast Concept, but makes for a given round.
